Adam assumed control of his family's businesses in 1998. He built and scaled hauling operations, co-founded Recycle Track Systems (RTS) — a waste-tech platform serving some of the most demanding facility operators in the country — and helped secure NYC Commercial Waste Zone awards as EVP at Filco Carting, a process most of the industry only watches from the sideline.
